Lynnda is a qualified professional working in the construction and engineering industries. She was initially employed by civil engineering, mining and quantity surveying firms performing project coordination, quantity surveying and contract management roles while continuing her education in Construction Management.

Subsequently, Lynnda joined contracts and claims consultancy firms working in both Malaysia and Singapore as a construction contract consultant, handling loss & expense and Extension of Time (EOT) claims, contract administration and arbitration proceedings. She was involved in several major time/cost claims and arbitrations to a landmark casino and resort development in Singapore, the construction of a light rail transit system, highway and infrastructure works, oil & gas terminal, airport terminal building and a major tunnelling project in Malaysia. At the same time, Lynnda reads law and completed her degree with the University of London.

Lynnda leads and manages dispute resolution proceedings, adjudication and arbitration services and acts as an expert both in quantum and delay in arbitration and court matters. She also provides contract consultancy services for construction & engineering companies on commercial/construction contracts and other non-contentious matters. She is currently giving contractual advice and dispute services for projects in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Lynnda holds qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, International Arbitration and Law. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, RICS, the Academy of Experts, the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators, the Malaysian Corporate Counsel Association and Mediator.

Lynnda is a speaker and drafter of public seminars and in-house training programmes and rics programmes ranging from general contract administration to detailed studies in time/cost claims and management of standard contract forms both domestic and international.
